I am having issues with my invite code
The first thing to try here is to use a different internet browser, Internet Explorer doesn't work with this system.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, make sure you don't have any extensions that could block this portal
I can't find my location
Before placing an order, you will need to add your location from the main menu, under 'New Location', it will then appear for you in your order.
If you make a mistake when saving a new location, you can go to 'Locations' under the main menu to undo it
I don't require a PO number
If your company doesn't require a PO number, just enter the date or your name to continue
I made a mistake on my order
You can cancel your order if it is incorrect or you need to change the amount.
To do this, from the main menu go to 'View Orders',
Then find the order that is incorrect, on the very right-hand side of the screen there will be a dropdown arrow,
Click on it and press edit, you can then comment if needed and then cancel the order.
Please note if the order has been processed or shipped you won't be able to cancel the order
